I am a creative producer, event hostess, storyteller, and filmmaker with a background in television, documentary production, and live events. My career began in broadcast news in Boston and later led me to PBS, where I was part of an Emmy-nominated team.

Long before my professional life in media, however, I was captivated by the inner world. Through yoga, holistic health, and a variety of mystical traditions, I found myself drawn to questions about the body, consciousness, and what it means to feel truly at home within ourselves.

My workshops originally emerged from screenings of my documentary, The Breast Archives. Over time, they evolved into engaging presentations that weave together history, mythology, personal storytelling, and the unexpected adventures—and occasional misadventures—I encountered while documenting women's experiences of their bodies.

One question led to another, and before long I found myself exploring ancient cultures, symbolism, spirituality, and the ways women's stories have been shaped, celebrated, and sometimes silenced across generations.

Down the rabbit hole I went.

The spark for this journey can be traced to an extraordinary experience in Egypt in 2011, when I unexpectedly spent a night inside the Great Pyramid. During that visit, I experienced what felt like a profound insight: a message that there was an ancient wisdom associated with the breast that had yet to be fully explored. That moment set me on an unexpected path and ultimately inspired the creation of The Breast Archives, a film that has since traveled to audiences in 26 countries.

What began as a documentary became the doorway to a much larger conversation. Through screenings, presentations, workshops, and immersive experiences, I invite participants to explore embodiment, intuition, self-healing, and the stories that live within us.

My workshops offer playful and meaningful opportunities to reconnect with the breast-chest area through storytelling, adornment, archetypal exploration, creative expression, and reflective practices. The intention is not to provide definitive answers, but rather to cultivate curiosity, confidence, self-discovery, and a deeper relationship with one's own inner wisdom.
