I am a creative, an event hostess, a storyteller, and a producer with a background in television, documentary filmmaking, and live events. My career began in broadcast news in Boston and later led me to PBS, where I was part of a team nominated for an Emmy Award.

Long before that, however, I was fascinated by the inner world. Through yoga, holistic health, and a variety of mystical traditions, I found myself drawn to questions about the body, consciousness, and what it means to feel truly at home in ourselves.

My first workshops grew out of screenings of my documentary, The Breast Archives. Over time, they evolved into lively presentations exploring everything from Egyptian temple deities—who completely captured my imagination—to the surprising adventures and occasional misadventures I encountered while filming stories about women and their relationships with their bodies.

As one question led to another, I found myself diving into history, mythology, culture, and the ways women's experiences have been shaped across generations.

Down the rabbit hole I went.

The spark for all of this can be traced back to a remarkable experience in Egypt in 2011, when I unexpectedly spent a night inside the Great Pyramid. It was then that I received a dispatch regarding an ancient wisdom contained at the breast. It was on a counter that set me on an unusual course to complete a film, which has now traveled to 26 countries. That experience inspired a deep curiosity about the symbolic, emotional, and spiritual dimension of the breast, and ultimately set me on the path to creating The Breast Archives.

Since then, the film has become a doorway into a much larger conversation. Through screenings, presentations and immersive events, I invite audiences to explore inner wisdom, self-healing, embodiment, and the stories we carry within.

My workshops offer playful and meaningful ways to reconnect with the breast-chest area through adornment, archetypal exploration, storytelling, and reflective practices. The goal is not to provide answers, but to create space for curiosity, confidence, self-discovery, and a deeper connection to oneself.
