MY STORY

Telling stories that unify, awaken, and surprise people has always been my passion. For more than 20 years, I worked creatively across the broadcast, video, and film industries, beginning in news production in Boston before pivoting toward education and wellness media through a patient-education start-up in Western Massachusetts.

Soon after, I joined PBS and built a rich life in Northampton, immersed in yoga, locally grown food, and a women’s mystery school. Although I spent 12 years working in the fast-paced environment of a television station, my devotion to the healing arts steadily deepened alongside my production career.

Following a profound experience in Egypt in 2012, I founded Deliberate Healing Productions LLC to create a documentary exploring body-based wisdom. The Breast Archives took five years to complete, but the project immediately opened a portal into the hidden world of women’s untold stories. That experience propelled me into a deeper exploration of women’s health, embodiment, and spiritual practice. I immersed myself in a range of studies and transformational programs, including yoga teacher training, the International School of Temple Arts, and Mama Gena’s School of Womanly Arts.

In 2019, I relocated to Atlanta to pursue larger-scale collaborative productions. It was there that I also evolved into a studio artist and a devoted student of ancient Egypt.

Today, my exploration of somatic wisdom has expanded into a passion for public speaking, immersive workshops, and creating transformative experiences that invite women into deeper embodiment, reverence, and self-discovery.
